There are two possible routes:

Exit the A1 motorway towards Viseu via the IP3 (Coimbra)

1. When in the vicinity of Viseu, follow the A24 towards Vila Real;
2. Exit the A24 at Sta. Marta de Penaguião/Régua and take the road leading to Régua;
3. Cross Régua by the road along the river;
4. Follow national road no. 108 connecting to no. 101 up to Mesão Frio;
5. After passing Mesão Frio, 300 m ahead follow signs for Teixeiró (1^st right and immediately
   1^st left)
6. Follow that road until reaching signs for Paço Teixeiró.

Exit the A1 towards Viseu via the A25 (Aveiro)

1. When in the vicinity of Viseu, follow the A24 towards Vila Real;
2. Follow the directions mentioned above.

1. Take the A4 towards Amarante/Vila Real;
2. Exit after the tolls at Amarante and follow the same road (IP4);
3. Turn at the first exit Mesão Frio/Régua;
4. Follow national road no. 101 until Mesão Frio;
5. Before reaching Mesão Frio, cross a roman bridge and turn left straight after and follow signs for Teixeiró;
6. Follow the road until finding signs for Paço Teixeiró.
