The weather during 2007 was quite unusual, with above average levels of precipitation (especially during the months of November, February, May and June), and high temperatures in the Winter and low in the Summer.

This climatic situation, which was not the best for the vineyards because it upset the growth and ripening stages, did not, fortunately, affect our grapes largely thanks to the rigorous and thorough supervision of our production team. We are thus glad to report that the quality of the 2007 Paço de Teixeiró harvest  is guaranteed.

With the coming of winter, the wines, both white and red, undergo a very positive evolution, and in some cases they have already started aging in barrels, which will last for some months. For the spring, we await with great expectation the launch of some novelties!
